James C. Little

James Little joined Keystone Corporation in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Jim now serves as Chief Operating Officer. Jim has over 34 years of experience in real estate and finance markets. From 1991 to 1998, Jim served as Chief Financial Officer at Weeks/Lichtin. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance for Davidson & Jones Development. Jim also held previous Vice President positions with both Oxford Mortgage Company and Branch Banking & Trust.

A native of Raleigh, NC, Jim graduated with honors from Elon College in 1976. He is a registered North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Jim is a member of the National Associated of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and formerly served as both treasurer and board member.

As an active member of the Raleigh community, Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wake County Boys and Girls Club. He has served on the Kiwanis Foundation Board and is on the Board of Elders for the First Presbyterian Church.
