110,000 square feet of office, lab, and industrial space

Keystone completed CTI in 2017. IT is approximately 110,000 sq. feet of office, R&D lab, and industrial space.  CTI is home to the Nonwovens Institute, a world leader in the textile nonwoven-fabric industry, NC State’s DELTA (Distance Education Learning Technology Applications), and Bandwidth. Keystone sold CTI in 2020.
The building’s original intent was to create space for new specialized textile equipment purchased by the institute for its nonwovens research, a piece of which requires a ceiling height of at least 60 feet.
The LEED Silver building has its own four level parking deck that has a bridge on the second floor connecting the building.
