J. Patrick Gavaghan

J. Patrick Gavaghan founded Keystone Corporation in 1979 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. As its Chief Executive Officer, Pat has guided Keystone through the development of over 7 million square feet of real estate development. Prior to forming Keystone Corporation, Pat served as Associate Director for the North Carolina State University Wolfpack Club.

He is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a graduate of North Carolina State University. As a member of the North Carolina State University Swim Team, he received All-American honors in both 1965 and 1966. After graduating in 1967, Pat was the Assistant Coach for the North Carolina State University Swim Team and thereafter served two years in the United States Army.

Pat is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).  He is a lifetime member of the North Carolina State University Alumni Association and a lifetime member of the N.C. State Wolfpack Club. Pat is also a major contributor to the Caldwell Fellows Scholarship Program, the Entrepreneurial Education Initiative and the College of Natural Resources at North Carolina State University.
