Thank you for contacting our Service Desk representatives, we request that you include the following information on all your e-mails to process your work orders expediently:

  • Name of the person making the request
  • Company name, suite # and telephone number

Please be specific, clearly stating the reason(s) in detail of your request. For example, if light bulbs need to be replaced, indicate the number of new bulbs needed and their location in your suite. The Service Desk representatives will immediately dispatch the work orders to the building engineers once received.

In case of an emergency after 5:00 PM on a business day or on a legal holiday, please contact Michael Blount at (919) 796-6308.
