Now in its 26th year, this exciting annual event showcases new homes in our area and provides the chance for visitors to see the latest designs and features.  The event also enables our builders to enjoy some friendly competition, because each home on the Parade is judged by a panel of industry representatives from other markets in our region.   These judges examine the design, quality, and creativity that each entry demonstrates, resulting in a numerical grade for each house.  We present awards to homes that achieve the highest scores in each price category.

In Category #2 the Gold Winner was the Newport Townhome model at Keystone Crossing

The winners were announced at the annual Parade Banquet with over 100 members and guests in attendance.
