Keystone Corporation, www.keystonecorporation.com, is pleased to announce that expansion efforts at Keystone Park are slated to begin in early 2009. Located at the planned entrance of Keystone Park at the intersection of Hopson Road and Keystone Park Drive, 4700 Hopson Road will be 90,000 square feet and 501 Keystone Park Drive will total 65,000 square feet. The buildings are available for lease or build-to-suit. Construction of the buildings can be completed in the fall of 2009. Expansion capabilities in contiguous buildings are also available.

4700 Hopson Road and 501 Keystone Park Drive will be close reproductions of the two, three, and five story Class “A” office buildings at 430, 530 and 630 Davis Drive in Keystone Park, which are currently anchored by tenants like Moore & Van Allen, Kennedy Covington, NIEHS and Wavecom. The two (2) proposed office buildings will feature natural stone floorings, wood paneling, tempered glass and stainless steel entry doors, architectural recessed lighting and chrome fixtures to accentuate the front entrances and main lobby areas.
