Keystone Park buildings sold

DURHAM - America's Capital Partners of Miami paid Morrisville-based Keystone $44.6 million, or about $154 per square foot, for three Keystone Park office buildings on Davis Drive.
According to county records, ACP paid $27 million for the 153,000-square-foot building at 430 Davis, $11.5 million for the 73,400-square-foot building at 530 Davis, and $6.1 million for the 63,400-square-foot building at 630 Davis. The buildings are, on average, 93 percent occupied.
Keystone, which still has land to develop two office buildings at the park, has now sold all its existing Triangle commercial property.
