Keystone sell Durham office building
Keystone sells Durham building for $12.3M
Morrisville real estate developer Keystone Corp. has sold a 77,000-square-foot office building to California company for $12.3 million.
Keystone said Monday that Pasadena-based Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. (NYSE: ARE) has agreed to purchase a building located in Keystone Park off Davis Drive in Durham.
The building contains 77,395 square feet of single-story research and development office space. The building was constructed in 2002 and the purchase includes nearly seven acres of land. Currently, it is 79 percent occupied.
