- Extension of Keystone Park Drive to the south of Church Street.
Construction to start in Spring 2009. - Extension of Keystone Park Drive from Park Knoll to Hopson Road.
To be completed by Summer 2009. - Relocate railroad tracks and grade separation of road crossing.
- Four (4) lane divided highway with median plus turn lanes for easy access to Keystone Park.
Construction to start in Spring 2010.
