Constructed in 2001 as part of a 264-unit master community, The Links contains 192 Class “A” apartment homes and 72 individually owned condominiums. The Links community enjoys a 7,000 square foot clubhouse with a year-round indoor pool, a resort-style outdoor pool, a 12-station fitness center, a business center, a video and book library and a piano bar.
Other atypical amenities include an outdoor putting green, a fishing pond and a gazebo for relaxation or entertainment. Residents also enjoy a tennis court and a car-care center.
The Links is aptly named for its frontage on holes 14, 15, 16, and 17 of the Raleigh Golf Association, a 27-hole public golf course locally owned and operated. Street names such as Pitching Wedge Drive, Bogey Way and Nine Iron Way subtly hint at one of The Links’ unique features – it’s one of the few properties in the Triangle with golf-course frontage.
