In 2003, Keystone Corporation broke ground on a 305-acre mixed use development of Retail and Residential properties in Patterson, California.  For over 3 years, We have been working with various engineers, city planners and national home builders in order to bring this project to fruition. 

      Part of the mixed use development is a 1,000 lot single-family residential subdivision called Patterson Gardens.  Keystone Corporation sold all of the superpads for these lots by March 2006 to 6 national and regional home builders and has sold the 20 acre retail site as well.
