In 2006, Keystone Corporation sold twelve of Keystone Park’s single-story office buildings, totaling 890,694 square feet, for a purchase price of $100,000,000. Later that same year, Keystone Corporation sold 601 Keystone Park Drive, which encompasses 77,395 square feet, for a purchase price of $12,300,000. In 2007, Keystone sold its three Class A office buildings, totaling 287,592 square feet, for a purchase price of $44,500,000.
