James C. Little

James C. Little joined Keystone in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. A native of Raleigh, Mr. Little has over twenty years of experience in real estate development and finance in the Triangle market. From 1991-1998, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Weeks/Lichtin. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance for Davidson & Jones Development. He also held Vice President positions with Oxford Mortgage Company and Branch Banking & Trust. Mr. Little graduated with honors from Elon College in 1976 and is a registered North Carolina Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and formerly served as treasurer and board member.  As a member of the community, Mr. Little serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Wake County, the Board of Elders for the First Presbyterian Church and the Kiwanis Foundation Board.
